Roberts is a Miami native with a passion for living life to its fullest, influenced by her Chilean and Danish heritage. Her diverse skill set includes hospitality interior design, property stylist, food & wine programming, club membership development, and creative, charitable fundraising venues. Roberts is also the author of 'Chef's COOKBOOK', a celebration of her memorable experiences with celebrated chefs & winemakers all over the world.
In 1994, Roberts was contracted by the Luxury Biltmore Hotel to develop & launch a distinctive, dues-based social membership. The Cellar Club, presenting specialty events, with a focus on fine food and wine related venues. The club’s overwhelming success enabled the resort to implement an additional ‘Premier’ level of membership, encompassing classic offerings, entertainment, fitness & spa activities, reflective of the property’s extraordinary profile.
Through her nearly 20+ years leadership, the club grew to an annual membership 2,000+ distinguished patrons and won prestigious awards such as the James Beard Award for "Wine Service" 2011 & Zagat's ranking as South Florida's top wine list in 2012. Its vast and varied events reflected the diversity of its members experiences and their range of interests, wine tasting, art exhibits, concerts, book signings, celebrity chefs and winemakers from around the world.
In addition, Roberts took on numerous initiatives for the property over the years; health & wellness programming for the hotel’s annual Health & Wellness Festival; Interior Design of the hotel’s prestigious grand lobby, Golf Suites, swanky Wine Bar, award winning restaurants, magnificent Ballrooms and lushly landscaped poolside Cabanas; Charitable fundraising, generating more than $6 million dollars thru the Biltmore Food & Wine Festival; Representing the historic landmark Biltmore hotel and the city Coral Gables-Miami in Pisa, Italy and Alhambra, Spain alongside other dignitaries and community business leaders on the Mayor’s Sister City Tour. Even present day, she continues leave no stone unturned...
